Production operation

At present, the company uses Inspur ERP-PS system for production management. In the next step, bar code and quality management system will be added in the whole process to improve and optimize the process with system management. In the future, the OA system, project management system and product development system will be integrated into the ERP system of the company to achieve a full set of systematic office management of information from product project approval, development to mass production and supply.

Technology is introduced

The company mainly has 5 kinds of production lines for injection molding, blow molding, filter forming, welding and assembly, with an annual capacity of 5 million sets of automobile (through machine) intake filter and resonance system, plastic intake manifold and other kinds of automobile plastic parts.

The company has a variety of welding production lines, can be a variety of plastic welding production.
