Job Description:

Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the experimental verification of various new products; 2. Responsible for the annual verification and implementation of the company's products; 3. Responsible for assisting the Quality Department in the mechanical strength testing and dimension testing of the company's on-site products; 4. Responsible for assisting the quality Department to inspect some characteristics of the company's raw materials and purchased parts; 5. Responsible for the use, maintenance and annual proofreading of the company's experimental equipment; 6. Responsible for the design and acceptance of fixtures and the management of measuring fixtures; 7. Responsible for PPAP documentation of the laboratory; 8. Other work assigned by the leader; 1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years working experience, at least 1 year laboratory working experience in auto parts industry; 2. Familiar with plastic parts r&d and other related knowledge; 3, Familiar with the basic principle and structure, performance, operation of experimental instruments, skilled in using THREE-DIMENSIONAL, 3D scanner or noise, vibration test or vibration, high and low temperature pulse test is preferred; 3. Familiar with DV standard of oEMS in automotive industry is preferred; 4, familiar with ISO17025 standard is preferred; 5. Rigorous and meticulous, serious and responsible, hard-working, strong executive ability, good at learning and thinking, with strong hands-on ability; 6. Outgoing personality, obedient to superior management.
