Wanyou filter participated in Changan Ford odor test training

The odor test is mainly divided into instrument test method and olfactory method.

From October 25th to 26th, 2018, a group of 3 people from Wanyou Filter participated in Changan Ford's odor test training. Finally, it successfully completed and passed the CAF's automotive interior odor test training and test, and obtained the odor test evaluator qualification certificate.

The odor test is mainly divided into instrument test method and olfactory method. The CAF odor test mainly adopts olfactory method, and the standard is based on FLTM BO 131-03. The odour test requires that an evaluation team consist of at least 8 evaluators, and at least five evaluators per odor test in accordance with the specifications. When there are two people whose results differ by level 2 or higher, another three people need to be added to participate in the evaluation. Also, for half an hour before the test, the scent evaluator was asked not to eat, smoke or drink coffee. Testers should not evaluate more than 12 per day. Odor detection control is very necessary, and the improvement and control of odor is also a long-lasting process. The strict control of automobile products can be recognized by consumers.
