Wanyou filter machine to carry out new employee induction training
Ten new employees from various departments of the company participated in the training.
In order to enable new employees to have a deeper understanding of the company's corporate culture, better integrate into the work environment, enhance employee sense of belonging and responsibility. The comprehensive management department of Chengdu Wanyou Filter Co., Ltd. organized the induction training for new employees on October 31.
Ten new employees from various departments of the company participated in the training. The training courses involved the company's development history, organizational structure, corporate culture, personnel training, salary structure, rules and regulations, system construction, and safety fire knowledge learning. Yang Hao, the head of the Integrated Management Department, and the teachers in charge of personnel, safety and systems, served as a team of lecturers for the new employee training, injecting motivation and confidence into the process of integrating new employees into the company environment.
In the process of training, the lecturer stimulated everyone's enthusiasm for learning through interaction and sharing with employees, so that new employees can concentrate and participate actively. At the end of the course, the questionnaires and on-site assessments were used to understand the training of employees and ensure that the training achieved practical results. This on-the-job training provides employees with a platform for learning and development, and encourages the support of employees' career growth. It is hoped that all new employees will be able to integrate into the work team as soon as possible through this study, realize their own value in the workplace, and be proactive and follow the company.
