Wanyou filter machine participates in road technology 3D scanning training

In order to improve the level of business skills and enrich the knowledge of detection theory, on October 17, Wanyou Filter participated in the 3D scanning inspection skills training held by Road Technology.

Yang Tongbing, the trainer of the Road Technology Project Department, explained in detail the hardware composition of the 3D scanning equipment and the operation of the scanning software, which enabled us to have a deeper understanding of the latest testing methods, completely breaking my thoughts on detecting boring, as a Technician, I personally think that testing is also a work closely related to product design. It is also a better verification of product design. Advanced testing equipment and testing methods will greatly improve our testing efficiency and product verification speed.

Scanning main components: CORE 300-ESSENTIAL LINE 5M scanner, GOM SCAN SOFTWARE 3D scanning software, GOM INSPECT 2018 3D inspection software, the scanner uses the principle of simulated human eye imaging to scan, through software processing, can obtain high-precision real-time detection data. This training mainly introduces the graphical user interface / input point cloud / editing grid / simple detection / detection section / additional alignment calculation / tolerance & RPS / pattern-based detection & various size / shape analysis, etc. The explanations and patient guidance exercises have given us a very relaxed learning environment, making it easier for us to receive relevant knowledge of testing.
