On November 20, 2017, the party branch of Chengdu Wanyou Filter Machine held a party member meeting in the conference room on the second floor of the company. 29 party members of the company attended the meeting and the meeting was presided over by the deputy secretary of the party branch.

The meeting first organized and studied the "Implementation Plan for the Southwestern Weapons Industry Company on Seriously Studying and Propagating the Spirit of the 19th Party Congress" and conveyed the requirements for the preparatory work of the Second Party Congress of the Southwest Company. Subsequently, he conveyed the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Cancellation of Representatives of the Second Congress of the Communist Youth Products of the Communist Party of China" (Jinnan Division Party [2017] No. 12). In the next step, the company's party branch will follow the document requirements of the Southwest Company, strictly follow the procedures, strengthen publicity, organize all party members to repeatedly propose the preliminary candidates for the party representatives, and discuss with the branch committee to determine the list of six party representatives to report to the southwest company party committee. The review, immediately after the approval of the party committee at the higher level, immediately implemented the by-election of five party representatives, and took practical actions to ensure the smooth convening of the second party congress of the Southwest Company.
